– BlackRock clients are primarily interested in BTC and a little bit in ETH. However, there is very little interest outside of those two assets.– ETF holders are showing a serious degree of long-term hodl.– IBIT has had only one day of negative flows in the 6.5 months since launching in January. This is expected to change over time, there will likely be more days with negative flows.– The Bitcoin-ETF is an extremely successful product, but it is not yet in demand among institutional or advisors. This will probably change later this year or later in the year.– Independent advisors typically allocate 2-3% of capital to bitcoin.– BlackRock views bitcoin not as a simple “risk” asset, but as an asset with unique fundamental drivers and the potential to become an asset for safe-haven money.– The Company expects long-term demand for ETH ETFs to be approximately 20-25% of the demand for bitcoin ETFs.– Bitcoin is highly correlated to risk assets and is dependent on low interest rates.
